Would never stay here again. Nothing worked very well, many things stated on their website that is incorrect…no pool, no coffee, no breakfast, no hair dryer in the room. Not a very safe neighborhood.

This place shouldn’t be listed. The swimming pool area was filthy and the pool was covered and filled with trash. There was no breakfast. There wasn’t even coffee. A police officer drove through while we were unloading our luggage and questioned why we would be there. He said it wasn’t safe and that they expected trouble. It appeared to be more of a brothel than a hotel. Very misrepresented on the website. Would love a refund.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Holes in blanket. Smells and elevators wouldn’t go my assigned floor. It would skip 2nd floor and go straight to the 3rd.

On Hotels.com it listed breakfast included. But there was no breakfast at all.

The staff blatantly ignored customers and they had a long list of dos and donts. Horrible customer service. 3rd floor is supposed to be smoke free, but smelled like marijuana and old cigarettes. Cigarette burns on sheets. Came in everyday to "clean", even though I said not to. I guess I got what I paid for, but they should have a disclaimer, "if you are not ok with cigarettes, don't stay here!"

clealiness was lacking and a feeling of uneasiness because of unsavory characters hanging around.

Pool was extreme dirty and the hotel smelled a lot like cigars

Not safe or as clean as advertised

SEVERE roach problem. Couldn't put anything on the floor. Carpet was so dirty you could feel it through your socks.
