Travelodge by Wyndham Lansing IL

The overall stay was pleasant. I got what i paid for. The hotel is ok for one night . I would not stay there more than one night. It’s just an older hotel the towels are old not fresh and clean. The sheets were clean and nice. Overall it was good for last minute .

Horrible experience! The hotel looked nothing like the website pics. It was dirty, unsafe, and everything was old and broken. Ripped bed linen with cigarette burns. Some guests were smoking weed, playing music, and making out outside their room. Avoid this place at all costs!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Hallways are stinky with dirty spots along the wall. The paints coming out from the walls of room annd dirty spots can be seen everywhere. Dirty towels were left behind, water dripping out whole night in the tub. Free breakfast mentioned in the website but they don't even provide coffee. Staffs are rude, when I asked about the coffee at 7 am they responded that it will open at 8. And when returned at 8, they said it is not provided. The whole hotel is a thug.

This hotel was awful. Not at all like the pictures shown! Beware!

Staff was friendly, but the property is does not reflect the condition of the property currently. The room was clean, but it was in need of renovation. Elevator was out of order. Pool was covered by a torn cover and appeared to be growing things. If you are looking for a low-cost stay for your family, this is not the place.

Traveling threw decent room reasonable rates did the job

I have been more satisfied with Travelodge by Wyndham! London is a great manager, D.K., Raj, Hitesh, are all very competent and professional workers at the front desk, and Maria (housekeeping) ... Is a aweetheart...! Thank You for great treatment at this property! HOWEVER, I AM ON NEED OF A REFUND FOR THIS STAY, AS I NEVER CHECKED IN THROUGH HOTELS.COM, & PAID CASH FOR THESE DAYS BY MISTAKE...!!!

NO breakfast. NO pool. NO WiFi. Front desk said "Oh, we stopped doing that but haven't gotten it off the website". But reviews suggest they have been scamming people this way for years. It's dirty and feels unsafe. I had low expectations for the price but this wasn't worth even that. Would NEVER have made the reservation if the amenities were correctly listed. Expedia's false description is a slap in the face and I will not use them or their app again as I have lost trust in their integrity.

I'm convinced that every Travelodge should be condemned,when you walk in a hotel room at one in the morning and need to clean it yourself but you're to tired it was just pitiful and the door wouldn't lock either 👎

Advertised continental breakfast. Didn’t even offer coffee. Facility very run down.
