Price was ok. Just minor cosmetic updates would enhance the experience.

The information shown on the Hotel.com site is not truthful as the facility does not offer breakfast. The site does not even offer coffee either. Hotel.com should remove the non-truthful facility from its site.

The bathroom was dirty the whole room looked dirty.

Business/pleasure. The 1st time I booked a room the tub was so jacked up that we had to switch the room without further due, only to find out that the new room tub was pretty messed up as well. To add insult to cleanliness injury, the carpet wasn't vaccumed.

I wanted an inexpensive place to stay for the weekend, just in town to see a friend's sporting event. I had read all the negative reviews beforehand but thought "it can't be that bad, right?" and decided to check it out for myself. It was absolutely disgusting. I literally just wanted a clean, comfortable room to sleep in, wasn't looking for a ton of amenities. The entire building smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. There were mysterious stains on the chair in the corner of the room, along with A TOOTHBRUSH?!?!? sticking out from the chair (picture included). The bathtub looked filthy and I didn't feel like I could trust the bed to be clean either. Oh, and the nice looking pictures they have up on their website? It does not look anything remotely like that. There is no nice lobby, there is an attendant behind glass in a small, dumpy check in area. Everything was outdated (which could be fine under different circumstances) and the place just felt really seedy. I ended up going to a different hotel, I wish I had just planned for that sooner. I highly recommend steering clear of this hotel.

= front desk area is not the same as the picture online. This place only have one elevator that constantly breaking down. Some of the people who park in the parki,ng do not know who to park. I had two Lansing, Illinois police officers to my room saying they got a phone call about holding someone against their will. I allow the one of the police officers and the polce officer found nobody) and the police _o search the room ask for personal information. Somebody was try to use their key catd on my room door to get inside my room whil6e i was inside my rootel im. This motel is a neighborhood motel. Visit this motel in person if you can before you make a reservation. I am unable to add photo.
