Sonesta ES Suites Wilmington - Newark

Nothing! There were cigarette butts all over the lawn. There were extremely loud vibration noises every 1/2 hour that kept us up all night! There was no area for dogs or bags to pick up waste and throw it away. We were very disappointed in the hotel and will never stay at a Sonesta again. TERRIBLE!

Excelente lugar para quedarse, súper tranquilo, fácil de llegar y con muchos lugares de comer cerca, adicional las camas súper cómodas, la cocina equipada y en excelente estado.

Good location right off the highway.

Room smelled of cigarettes. Trash was not emptied and was overflowing. Room wasn't vacuumed. Sprinkler room was right next to us and a motor kept going off every half hour and was very loud. Grass in courtyard needed to be cut.

The people at the front desk. They gave me extremely hard time. I had my family visiting from Greece and they made me come there to check them in because I used my personal card to pay with, they wouldn’t accept it. They were very rude on the phone and even though I came and did it, the next morning there was a different lady in the front desk who locked them out of the room until I came back in and rechecked them.
