My friend and I meet here for the weekend all the time. I like that it’s our own little apartment. I can walk to the door and sit outside when I need to

We are “older” folks and we like to go to sleep around 10-11pm. Sometimes you can hear music and partying from other units. Overall though it’s not that big of a deal for me
