It was pretty good something to jump start your day

Breakfast just needed more variety

My room was not cleaned basic things like garbage removal and removal of dirty towels until i complained on day 3. I was told there eas a staffing problem. Then I was locked out of my room for 4 hours because there was some kind of problem with the lock and I was there for a funeral what a nightmare. The staff did not lusten to me when I kept having problem and needing new keys until it did not work at all and they had to call the maintenance person from home which was not near to come so I could gain entry. I have stayed here 2xs before and it was great. This time was awful and frustating.

That the two bed rooms were help for a family event! Also I like kitchenette.

My first room smelled like pee and the staff admitted there were cats staying there prior and they knew about the smell. They put an air diffuser in there which did not help. There was also mold on the bathroom wall which they did come and clean. I was able to change rooms and that one was better u til the next morning when there was no hot water.

The room was old. The screws holding the door lock onto the door jamb were falling out of the wall. Everything was a little old and a little gross. If it was clean, it was hard to tell for how old and rundown the room interior was. We also had the benefit of a large, barking dog in the room adjacent to ours, which made for a difficult stay. The staff seemed hard working. They did a nice job working breakfast and check-in was easy. I would not recommend this hotel.

We had a nice stay

Our room was quiet and private. We were there in the middle of the week and the hotel was not full. Room was nice and the breakfast was good. We were going to use the pool but it was not as heated as we were led to believe. I don't understand why there was a parking fee for a parking lot that was specifically for this hotel.

We arrive to the hotel when given our room key when we got to the room the door was open when we walked in the sink was full of nets and bugs as well as the light fixtures. There was spiders on the way and a hugh bug on the towels. When i went back to drint desk i was told that they were overbooked and would need to send us to another hotel. The overall appearance of the hotel lobby was outdated. Eventhough the front desk person was as accommodating as he could be the conditions of the room was beyond unexpected.
