We should have listened to the previous reviewers because this property is in SERIOUS need of renovation. It is apparent whoever runs this has given up and not put a dime into it. I don’t understand how they can stay in business. Where to start?Worn out and stained furniture. Lamps/lighting in room do not work. Dusty shelves where the bath towels are. Whoever cleaned the room last didn’t even notice the alarm clock was in the corner on the floor. Gross headboard. Side door to outside parking lot SLAMS shut (missing a part they don’t have), with rooms right next to that door. Air conditioning unit less than 2 feet from where your head hits the pillow on the bed, blowing directly on you. Open the drawer to the dresser and it’s full of previous tenants’ garbage. Stained nasty carpet, peeling wallpaper. The entire hotel literally smells like p@@p, even one of the housekeepers agreed with us that it smelled . Large chunks of concrete missing in the parking lot and sidewalks creating a hazard. Big dumpster in the parking lot taking up a couple parking spots to greet you as you pull in. Patio looks nothing like it does in the website photo. The only good thing at the free breakfast were the instant oatmeal packets. I understand this hotel was recently bought out by someone who plans to renovate it. I sure hope that is the case because this has not been updated for at least 20 years. I could not wait to get out of there.

The sheets were dirty when we arrived

Very unlike to return. This property simply should not bear the Marriott name. The amount of obvious deferred maintenance far exceeds anything I have ever experienced, bad is a clear indicator of a management focus on profit above all else. The single elevator has busted buttons. There is peeling wallpaper throughout the hallways. The fold-out couch in my room was clearly beyond its service life, not to mention dirty. The exterior grounds were borderline unsafe with crumpled and cracked sidewalks representing trip hazards. Breakfast is a joke, with no coffee available… just a shoulder shrug and an apology for the coffee machine being broken… you’d think a coffee machine would be worth the expense to replace rather than repair. The lobby and fitness center AC does not work (and has not worked in a while according to staff). The only positives to this property were the friendly staff, the ice cold AC in my room, location (proximity to dining and shopping and NFL Hall of Fame) and the seemingly immediate (and endless) hot water. That, however, is not enough to overcome the endless list of deficiencies at this property. Simply stated, this was one of the worst Marriott properties I have visited. Had there been other hotels available on such short notice, I would have checked out early and gone elsewhere.

The room is great, nice little French doors that separate the living room area from bedroom.Clean room however I always wipe down and sanitize the room anyway.Kitchen has everything you need, pot pans, 2 burner stove top, microwave and dishwasher. Plus full size fridge and freezer that makes ice. Tv in both living room and bed room. Bed is comfortable.

Pool was down. Breakfast was ok however I did come down late after the early risers. It is pet friendly so I could smell pets. It could have been fresher in the hallway and entrance.

The pool was closed and we were not aware when booking. Musty smell. Bed was dirty.

This place is being sold at the end of July. The property is in complete disarray. The lobby air conditioning was broke, the pool is shut down, the landscaping is over grown, lobby was filthy. Marriott should fine them. DO NOT BOOK HERE regardless of price.

Pool closed all 5 days ( one reason we picked it .. to use pool… free bkft, no coffee 2 days during stay during bkft hours… had to go out ..
