Will never stay again

This property was cheaply built but the upkeep is even worse. I can’t believe it has a Marriott sign out front. The staff tries, but is unprofessional and terrible at their jobs. The entire hotel is dirty and in need of maintenance everywhere. A television in our room didn’t work and they tried to fix it but to no avail. The hot breakfast was disgusting. There were pale, white potatoes and pale sausages. All the “bread” products were individually wrapped - I assume because there were fruit flies in the bread holder. I could go on but this hotel doesn’t deserve any more of my time. The best part of our stay was leaving.

We stayed here because it is pet-friendly and we were visiting family in the area who don't permit dogs. This place doesn't compare well with Residence Inns we've stayed at in other cities. The hallway reeked of dog urine. This totally made us suspicious of the cleanliness of our room. Furnishings were old and beat-looking. We've stayed in many hotels, including Residence Inns, that are pet friendly and are immaculate, no smell, no damage. Disappointing. We visit the area often and won't stay here again.

Location was great for Football Hall of Fame. Great suite, well equipped.

No wash cloth is bathroom.

It was convenient for the time and purpose are what I liked about the property. However, I noticed an unsafe condition at the facility and that for me was a dislike.

Great rooms. Good staff. Awful breakfast
