only problem i had the coffee maker was broke.

I love Marriott hotels. I have come to expect a great experience when I stay at one. This one was a bit of a disappointment. The supplies in the room were sparce. There were no creamers for the coffee maker. Downstairs the continental breakfast was what I would expect at a Motel 6. No protein was included and much of the food was already gone before 7 am. There was no coffee in the carafe and when I brought it to the desk clerk's attention she reluctantly told me that there was none made. We had to wait for a fresh carafe to be made. While the night clerk was very friendly it was obvious that she was standing around waiting to get off work. She wasn't monitoring the breakfast situation and it was left to the day shift coming in to get everything done. I really do expect a Marriott to have a full breakfast ready to go.

The hotel was worn. Needs updating. Pool and hot tub were unavailable due to maintenance, despite it being one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing. Premade food instead of make your own waffles. No hot eggs. Everything just felt subpar. Wouldn’t go back.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and their staff! I’m staying here from out of town for 10 days to recover from surgery and these folks have gone above and beyond. First off, my flight came in early, I was on meds and dying to check in early. With a few clicks they got me not just in a room early but upgraded me to a 2 bedroom suite without extra charges. And this room, is amazing! Perfect for my recovery! My husband joined me for a few days to get me through the worst parts, but there’s even doors that divide the bedroom and living room (both with TVs yay!) so I could rest and he could do his thing. Everything was super clean, great bed, and lots of amenities. Another big bonus is the hot breakfast! They rotate different stuff daily! Everything from scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, sausage biscuits, French toast sticks, lil Belgian waffles, always a different selection of cereals, pastries, toastable breads and bagels, juices, a oatmeal bar with tons of fixings, and more! But back to the service, these folks have gone above and beyond to help make me comfortable during this time. Extra pilliows, blankets…husband even scored 2ply TP🤣 Just great attitudes and helpful folks. I just love this hotel. Incredible value here as well. Every trip to Ohio, I’ll be staying here hands down!

I have stayed at Residence Inn hotels numerous times before. I chose this hotel because of my past experiences at other locations, the large room (2 room suite), the heated pool, and complimentary breakfast. My daughter is 7 months pregnant, so she was looking forward to the pool during the day and it was not available for the entire stay because the heating pump was not working. When we arrived we were told that they hoped to have it fixed the next day and it never was during our stay. The 1st & 4th mornings of our stay, the breakfast was ok, not what I am used to for a Residence Inn, but still ok. The 2nd & 3rd mornings, the breakfast was not even edible. The pre-packaged waffles were still in the package and so hard that you could not eat them and the sausage links were extremely dry and not edible. There were only 4 bowls of pre-packaged cereal and no bagels or other options. My daughter needs to eat very soon after she gets up or she will get morning sickness and we needed to be able to have breakfast at the hotel. We could not do this days 2 & 3 and she got sick both days because we then had to leave the hotel and go to a restaurant and buy breakfast those days. Not being able to swim, we hoped to watch tv and rest before going out in the late afternoons. I was not able to stream Netflix, even though the tv showed it as an option and I have done so in other Residence Inn properties. The front desk (on day 2) said there was some type of "box" the hotel needed to have to stream & they didn't it and that breakfast was poor because they were training someone new. The final night the fire alarm started beeping since the battery was low.and we also to keep our curtains open because of the window AC units & that let all of the sunlight in early so we did not get to sleep much either. The only positive was the large size of the room. I was extremely disappointed with the entire stay and experience and this is not what I have come to expect from a Residence Inn at all.

This place is horrendous.

Super dated. Not clean. Breakfast has bad offerings. Many things broken in room. Keys don’t work on outside doors. Room not clean. Dishes still in the dishwasher. Side door broken slams so loud it shakes the building. Not a good representation of a Marriott residence inn

We have often stayed at a Residence Inn and other Marriott properties. This property did not meet our expectations. The lobby isn't welcoming. The employee who checked us in said our room # aloud, which is against hotel etiquette 101, the halls were dark and dated. Room was okay. The one side entrance to the building, which us supposed to require a key card to enter, didn't lock properly and anyone could walk right in. Didn't make me feel particularly safe. Breakfast didn't smell inviting either morning so we didn't even make our way there. Charging 3.00 for parking is a joke. Just a way to make more money. All in all, for what we paid, we weren't satisfied with our stay and would definitely book elsewhere for our next trip to the area. Not what we've learned to expect with Marriott.
