"Disappointing"

Very disappointed with our stay. Check in was not available until 6:30, room was very old and there was a lot of noise, only one elevator was working so we had to take the stairs to and from our room. The room was clean but very old and needs to be updated.

"Do Not Recommend 0/10"

I wish I could provide this hotel with 0 stars. Just visited this past weekend and our experience was atrocious. We were there for an annual cheerleading competition (the hotel was very aware there would be a significant number of people coming), and only 2 of the 6 elevators were operable for 30 floors. And of those 2 elevators, one of the elevators required you to manually push open the doors when it arrived at your floor. Insane! In speaking with other guests, this has been an issue for 2+ years. They are not spending any money to fix their elevators. There were dozens (if not more) families climbing 7+ flights of stairs to get to their hotel room, rather than wait 30+ minutes. On one of the elevator banks, you can't push the "up button" it's literally hanging, so you need to go to the basement to then go back upstairs to your floor. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

"It's not always about location, location, location.."

Request a room away from the elevators, better yet, request a room that doesn't need elevators because they're very slow of their even functioning. Avoid the Starbucks if there's an event across the street or be realistic with how long it'll take to get your beverage. I'm person ordering will get you your beverage way quicker than online.

"Good"

This place needs a remodel. Last year we stayed here for a cheer event and the elevators were hardly working. Surprise, surprise a year later they still weren’t working. 30 floors and 1 elevator working in the whole place. Any time anyone around us used their shower it sounded like the pipes were going to burst through the wall. There was also something rattling outside of our window all night. For $180/night this place is a rip off

"YIKES"

We came here for the annual ICCA Cheerleading Championships which are held across the street from this hotel. Had it not been for convenience, there is no way we would have chosen to stay here. But I figured for one night, how bad could it be. The hotel had ONE working elevator during a HUGE event. The hotel rooms are VERY dated and dirty. Stained sheets. Dirty carpet. Dirty and small bathrooms. Very noisy. The reception staff was very nice, however. Definitely will make other accommodations next year when in town for this event.

"For the location, I thought it would be nicer."

We were there for an all state cheer event. Room was clean, front desk was polite but only 2 of the 6 elevators worked which caused long elevator wait times being the hotel was 100% booked. We also had a toilet that ran all night. Plus they shut off our key card for the room plus several others around 9am, if not before & check out wasn’t until 11am.

"Absolutely awful "

This was easily my worst hotel experience. 4 of the 7 elevators were out of order. The 3 working elevators sounded so shaky and unstable. We waited 10 minutes for an elevator to get to our room. The rooms were so outdated and unclean. I ended up asking for a refund and changing hotels. They then double charged me because they didn’t finish the refund process and showed me as a “no show” so I have $400 in charges. The manager was hardly helpful. Will not be going back again. And I advise others to choose another hotel

"Needs work."

2 elevators working for the entire building. Including staff. Took 10 plus minutes to get an elevator. Only 1 of them took you to the pool. Cleanliness could have been better. Old rooms, old elevators. Staff was friendly and helpful just not an ideal stay.
