Lovely staff

This hotel used to be very nice and now has completely went downhill and is in terrible shape. Check in person was rude and not knowledgeable, directing people in a snowstorm to restaurants not even open. Half of the elevators were broken and all the carpets were nasty. TV service freezes and no WIFI connectivity. Other people on our floor were smoking weed and it smelled awful - even though the property is no smoking. I should have booked across the street. Thank goodness it was for only one night.

Staff was very impersonal. Did not make bed on scheduled day. Said they had been very busy.

Enjoyable. Nice run with incredible view.

I did not like that there are very few outlets in the room. The outlets near the bed were under the bed and only an extension cord was available and only on one side of the bed. It seemed like a fire hazard. Please update your hotel

6 elevators and only 2 worked for the entire hotel. I asked about my room being too hot and the air not working and received no assistance. Very poor experience and stay for the cost, plus to be charged $10 a day for parking. Nothing at check out to accommodate or change any rates or anything for the stay.

Kind of a cool hotel. I do like the layout. The mezzanine and the ballroom nicely arranged. Problem is the place is aging out. Elevator not working, heat on the fritz, used hotel key cards not working consistently. As lovely as the hotel is, it is past its prime.

Barely anything in the hotel worked The hotel was empty but they didn’t have a baby cot - weren’t warned that the gym and dining facilities including breakfast was closed

It was nice. Very central to downtown. Starbucks attached was very convenient and the service both at the hotel and the restaurant inside was great.
