Wyndham Springfield City Centre

Got locked in the bathroom, door completely stuck,toilet leaking on floor could not be fixed. Safe was locked and no key. Was finally moved to another room.hot water in entire hotel went out in evening and was still not working at 7:00am. Left never to return. Place is disgusting

No running water, front wasn’t concerned.

The bed was uncomfortable, had to use the microwave in the lobby, there never has been a refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. Had to purchase can drinks from the front desk because there were no vending machine and ice machines were scarce as in out of 30 floors only 3 had machines. This will be my last stay. It gets worse every time i stay. The only benefit is the location near the fairground.

The website had pictures of the bar at the top with great views. Was looking forward to hanging out at night. Top floor is closed and has been since COVID

Very comfortable bed and pillows!!

You pay for the location at this hotel.. the room was just ok.. outdated, stains all over the carpet, 90’s feel to it.

There was no fan in the bathroom. The bathroom door was a sliding door , so of course no lock. The breakfast buffet did not exist! Very outdated

Nothing special nothing great. We were unable to connect to the Internet and FD was not helpful. Great location for exploring downtown and the Lincoln history.

Ac was week hall hot no working ice machines near guest rooms
