Generally ok except wifi in room not workinh

Old building,d bathroom is so old it looks dirty.Needs renovayion bad.Food with hood choices.Live band ok.I wish their jacuzzi works.

The hotel is really old. The room smells already. Although it is clean everything else is old. The jacuzzi doeasnt work. The hallway carpet smells also. A lot of insects at the dining area also. The hotel has a great location though and view. Lots of parking also but not worth the price i paid.

The hotel provides a very good mix of what you go to Tagaytay for - the weather - and the amenities of a good hotel (clean linens, ht water shower, cable TV). The room is spacious, and the view facing the lake is simply priceless. You can open the glass door to a veranda, turn off the aircon, and let the mountain air in instead - which we did. The staff are especially courteous and attentive. This I believe, is the hotel's strongest point.

A complete disaster!

Spacious and clean rooms; ideal even for families with kids. Everything worked including the hot/cold shower. Nice view of Taal Lake. All rooms have a view. Spacious lawn and have live band on some weekends. Great outdoor barbecue during the event! The kids love the pool as well. Breakfast was ok and filling since it was a buffet. All staff are courteous; they were trained well. Letdowns? Wifi in the room is non-existent. The building is probably past its prime but decent nonetheless. Would definitely come back here

Hotel needs a serious upgrade to their facility. The aircon is so old and noisy, the bathroom has no sprinkler hose, the clothes hangers are rusty.

This is a second rate hotel. Carpets in hallway and room dirty with large stains. Look like they haven't been shampooed in 15 years. No toilet paper in bathroom. Called Front Desk but they never brought any up. We had to ask neighboring room to lend is some. Free wifi only works if you sit near Front Desk. No coverage in room. Restaurant was very good and low cost. No mini-fridge in room. View of volcano from lanai was breathtaking!

bad...any request is additional charge...breakfast is bad not your expectation for a buffet...the facilities is bad...bad smell in the room and corridors..
