Days Hotel Tagaytay

Wifi was not so good and our package for free breakfast for 4 comes only for 2. Please clear it that's not what my family is expecting because in hotel.com package for four fre breakfast

We stayed there April 14-15, 2017. The staff are very accommodating and nice. They will greet everytime they see their guests. I love the bbq night grill at the pool area. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool. But I suggest they have a regular clean up of the pool. Their buffet breakfast is filling and delicious. The room is clean and smelling fresh, everything is in place. Overall me and my family enjoyed a relaxing stay at this hotel:)

The location and place is nice, however I was surprise that the hotel has no minibar, no complimentary coffee:( and when I asked for the replacement of towel it is not accommodated and asking me for additional fee? The wifi connection is very good during our first night stay, but on the second day it was not working anymore and the hotel front desk asked us to stay on the lobby for the connection.

the hotel is the same from the first time we visit i think last 2006. the staff are very accomodating. maybe a suggestion if they could repaint the bldg, change carpets.

My stay in this hotel is so great! I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

I booked for a 2 double bed deluxe room. What was given to me was a king size bed deluxe room. Staff told me there was no such thing as a two double bed deluxe. They have superior room with two double beds. I did not have any recourse but to downgrade to superior room. Had i known that the two double beds was in a superior room, i would have booked a superior room. I negotiated for a free breakfast because thre was no way they were going to refund me. Their breakfast sucks! I hope next time exoedia should give the correct information about rooms which customers book. Otherwise we will always be at the losing end

We have a relaxing time at this hotel. They have a wide open space at the back where you can enjoy the view of Taal lake and the children loved running around. Our room has a balcony where you can also enjoy the view of the lake.

The people & staff are friendly but the hotel in my opinion is due for major renovation. Wasn't satisfied with the room & amenities. Pillows were very hard & rooms smell off the age. But this is a case of you get what you paid for...

Hotel personnel are nice and very accomodating Pls fix or replace the aircon because we find it hard to sleep well Coz the room turns hot intermittently. I suggest to improve the design and set up of the room..
