Everything is great during our stay. Nice and clean room with lake view. Employees are kind and courteous. Our kids enjoyed the stay very much.

it was okay, the room is great, it was cool all the time although it feels that these rooms are already seasoned it is still good i mean there are hotels with rooms thats feels newer but then

Office staff not flexible to requests. I asked for a copy of the guest folio and they said that it wasn’t possible.

It was a very good stay,my family enjoyed it. Staff are very accomodating.

The Hotel was good and our accommodation was also nice since we are place where we can see the nice view of the sorroundings and the swimming pool. Kids also enjoy the stay and definitely will come back.

The room and lobby and restaurant all had great Internet service . The breakfast was good and different food selections each day. Good location near Ayala mall. Nice barbecue foods available outdoors on weekends. Only two negatives: the hot water was low pressure (like rain instead of normal shower), and the music at the barbecue in weekends played too loud too late.

1/ Changed room as damp from leaky roof had caused wall paper to peel and ants had invaded. 2/ Rack rate is way higher than the online booking rate for a room without a ref or tea coffee making facility. You get those with rooms at less than half this price. 3/ Our booking for 4 included breakfast, except the Hotel advised that breakfast was for two persons !! So we used 2 days voucher for one breakfast for 4. 4/ Dining room table , we changed as ants had invaded the table, no surprise as a soiled napkin had been used to wrap the cutlery. How can they possibly not have seen that!! 5/ Ordered room service pizza. Worst ever arrived so thick with tomato paste you could stand a spoon up in it, cheese a thin smattering. Guys it should be the other way around. Result inedible, I told the staff and they just smiled. 6/ Internet connection totally unstable and more miss than hit 7/ Swimming pool is in need of urgent maintenance. Crumbling pool edges and broken tiles . Not the Hotels fault that one of the guests thought it was ok to let their child urinate along the pool walk way instead of using the toilets designed for that purpose.

i was told that the hotel is 17 years old-it needs improvements-like repainting and probably replacing the carpet-is the door metal?it sounds and looks like metal-please change-i like the simple band that played on a weekend-plus the outdoor barbecue-overall it's a pleasant stay.
