Days Hotel Tagaytay

We were received by friendly hotel staff and assigned a spacious room with a relaxing view of the lake. Location is good--close to malls, churches, and restaurants. This Wyndham property should consider installing bidet showers in the toilet. Also, WiFi is rather weak inside the room.

Hotel staff is excellent! Polite, courteous, professional....they deserve a better facility. From its condition, i assumed the hotel was built in mid 80s to early 90s. I was informed it was built apprx 2000. Its an ideal property with a fantastic design. Its just a terrible shame it hasnt been taken care of. Thought our shower floor was going to collapse from how mushy it was. Pool deck is crumbling...but still a nice swim. Everything is just very old and the entire facility needs a remodel.

very very very few food choices. for the 1st 3 days we were ordering either burger or pizza and they had none and the same reason had been given - they haven't bought any of the ingredients for it. 3 days!!! also the door from the dining area to their kitchen was always banged by the staff who went from the dining area to the kitchen. not the first thing you'd want to hear in the morning.

The hotel staff are very accommodating and helpful

no microwave, no iron, no blow dryer, no coffee or kettle in “standard room”?... molds in most of the walls in the room... sliding door in the bathroom is not working... staffs are good and very accommodating... complimentary breakfast are fine...

We celebrated our new year @ days so i'm excited on their countdown but the fireworks makes us returned to our room (tons of kwitis ) The room and the pool is nice...but the pool c.r. needs a perfume bomb.. Nice staff.

The place was clean but need renovation. The towels need replacement

Customers service were very poor specially the waiter. I ask for beer and I said why not cold, he said I brought ice for it. We waitied for three hours for towels to be brought to our room because their no towels at all. ( we follow up three times for that request and was told to pay 50 pesos for each towels) the place need total renovation because it's old and dirty

the only prob that we encounter is that ther is no bidet or dipper in the comfort room that can be use
