Hotel staff are all friendly and accomodating. Salute to all the staff.

Please put bidet in your toilet.

The hotel is old but clean and with a great view of Taal. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast they served in our 2 days stay is good.

While the facilities are quote old, the customer service is a 5-star caliber

We were given a room with lots of mosquitoes, with a TV with fuzzy picture, and bed with crumpled sheets. We requested a better room. We got an insecticide smelling new room, same crumpled bed sheets(maybe they really dont iron their sheets), and a clogged sink which they fixed upon request, and the TV picture though not yet 100 % clear is much better than the 1st room. When we checked out, the hotel clerk has her phone earpiece on and she can not hear me speak. I repeated myself 3 times that I am checking out but she never bothered to take off the earphone so Iagain spoke slowly and louder and exagerated the pronunciation so she can read my lips. If you want cheap hotel, this is not for you. The room rate is not cheap but you get cheap service and cheap facilities. On a positive note, THE FOOD AND SERVICE IN THEIR RESTAURANT IS FIVE STARS, ONE OF THE BEST. I will definitely come back to their restaurant. You should try their pancakes and chicken pork adobo.

The employees were all cheerful and good customer service. The inn just needs a bit of an upgrade - lighting in the halllways going to the rooms. The office should close the door or be relocated because you can hear the phones ringing and their conversations. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay because of the service of the staff.

Hotel is ok , although it’s old , nice staff, food is ok , awesome view

Other hotel guests were noisy and didnt mind being wet inside the small elevator. The amenities are so old that you would think of molds creeping the walls

Comfortable bed. Cool airconditioning even if the machine is a bit old.
