Days Hotel Tagaytay

Hotel did not have any information that we were arriving or that we had a reservation, and we're unable to check on it. However they gave us a room and. confirmed it sometime later. The shower door was very difficult to use. It it was taken care of. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Great location and great view , however with new traffic scheme its rather difficult to enter premise if coming from Manila. You must now go beyond hotel app 1 km and make an illegal u-turn somewhere in order to be on proper side of barriers. Otherwise its a great stay. new caterer has taken over the kitchen and now offer pool side grilling on weekends

Hotel was ok but it can use some upgrading particularly on the bathroom.

Need to improve service & amenities

While the hotel needs some renovations still we had a comfortable stay at Days Hotel. There is ample parking space.

Ok for an overnight stay. Room size is adequate for a family of four. Beds are comfortable. Room decor and fixtures need to be repaired and upgraded, though. Seems like knobs and faucets are ready to break anytime soon. No wifi in our room. Limited food choices for breakfast.

No wifi, despite what they say!!! AC leaking all over the porch. No fridge, no hot water. Bad breakfast. Good view of the Taal Volcano.

Overall our stay was a pleasant one the staff were friendly and quick, we stayed in a Superior Double Room (2 adults, 1 child) there is an additional charge of 50PHP for a towel only 2 are provided.

Awesome however the buffet has limited choices. My original booked rm is 108 i was transferred to a different one.

Beautiful hotel. Very helpful staff. If we go back again, we'll choose days hotel. Hotel room is beautiful. The only set back is most likely the chemical used to clean the carpeting. It has a very strong odor.
