close to the subway stations. food is good. staff is polite.

no downward elevators/escalators in all the three subway exits, which makes it extremely difficult for disabled people.

The location is great to connect metro line1 and 2 which links most of inner Beijing areas. The room is HUGE and the bed is so comfortable.

Not sure about the breakfast. The coffee was way too cold for my taste as they use cold milk according to one waiting staff. Not many Beijing local food. The pastry was just OK.

Not up to Sofitel Standard . Chosen this hotel because was operated as W hotel that can’t go wrong. But I was wrong . The min I checked in, it was totally different feel. It’s still cold the lobby was not warm and feel sorry for the staff that has to wear thick warm jacket to keep themselves warm. The lobby was decorated bright red to enhance the Chinese Lunar New Year celebration but it’s already way past. Because of Accor Elite member was given the access and the lounge . But the lounge environment was so bad. Located at the end at the corner of the hotel lobby. The food and snacks they served was so miserable looking and unappealing. The ceiling and signages in the hotel are so Confusing. Room amenities and conditions of the room are not well kept at all. Staffs are average and pretty reactive to guest needs. Location of the hotel is very inconvenient if you are not familiar with the city. The only positive about the hotel is the view from my room facing the Beijing station.

It was brilliant. Our room was incredible, the staff were lovely and so welcoming and attentive. We were able to communicate well even though I do not speak Chinese . I was thrilled with my stay here and if I am in Beijing again I will make sure to book this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel, gorgeous room with a circle tub in the room. Ambient lighting that can be colour changed x exceptionally clean and I will definitely reccomend to others ! Thankyou so much for great hospitality and service

Nothing could’ve been better it was perfect

Location is good with nice view from the window

although rooms are very spacious using is not so convenient. Small bath towels. Badly arranged light over washroom. Squeezing rotable sofa, blocked wheels in the desk chair. Free minibar means 2 x beer + 3 x soft drinks, do not expect any wine.....

We were originally thought the hotel was not at part with the Sofitel brand, it was kinda small in scale and lobby facilities, however the staff and the manager of the front desk Mr. Li was very helpful to make our stay as smooth as possible, they even upgraded our room to make it at home. It was once a W hotel.

Beautiful spacious room, city views, bath tub plus walk in shower.staff very helpful, early check in.
