Pier House Resort & Spa

Property was very nice. Would consider returning there, but would definitely rent the Doc side suites for the sunsets.

We could not sleep due to the noise from the smoke detector and the air conditioning unit. We reported it, but nothing was not done until we reported it again in the morning. It was deceptively offered as an upgrade. That is ridiculous for the amount you charge. Please, get real! We are not planning to stay at Pier House again.

I will never stay here again. We checked in, got unpacked and then a large cockroach went across our room. We tried to get it and couldnt. Called down to the front desk and they moved us rooms. Inside the main building, the new room was much smaller. Bathroom on our crusise ship was larger than this one. The room was old and run down. Bathroom shower leaked constantly. We checked out the next day and moved hotels. Just when we though that was over days later I see they are still charging us resort and room fees. Had to go back and tell them we checked out and to stop charging us. Will not ever recommend this hotel. We paid alot and didnt get any of it back.

Beautiful and very convenient to Duval and many restaurants and attractions. Great for families and couples. Sandy, large private beach and great sized pool. Food was excellent but overpriced. Highly recommend and will return again!

Loved this property! We have stayed at multiple properties in Key West and the amenities at this one are amazing. Especially, the private beach!

Jocko was the best Beach, pool side server. He was pleasant and entertaining, as well as extremely friendly.

The hotel was amazing. Great location, great staff, beautiful property.

This is our 3rd time in Key West. There are better options for the $$$. We paid $500 for oceanfront room. Our view was amazing; sunset view was a huge bonus - we loved that part. Also, the hotel location was excellent, pool was nice and private beach area was great, except for the seaweed. Our bed was very comfortable, and the fridge kept things perfectly cool, so we were pleased with that. The room was clean, but some items made it feel old, kind of dumpy and not well maintained. The air conditioning unit was old and looked moldy/dirty (forgot to take that pic). The elevator in our building had very strong mildew/mold smell and very small. It didnt work the last day we were there, but we never used it anyway. The shower had a rainfall shower head, but no handheld attachment for stronger pressure. This is not ideal if you have thick long hair. The frosted bathroom door was dirty, the lamps were rusty/dirty, and the back of toilet was not clean. The sink cabinet looked beat up; if they were going for shabby chic, they missed the mark. TV channels that were not HD had a terrible picture, they do not have streaming service available so that was disappointing. The staff were cordial and provided good service, but no one was overly friendly or welcoming.

Views were amazing! Walkable to everything and Fury rental stations right outside if you want a golf cart or scooter. Drinks were great at the bar. Private beach was perfect!
