Property was in the heart of the action, that was the good thing. But upon checking we were informed that our room required maintenance and they’d given us an upgrade. Which of course was not the case. We’re downgraded from a junior suite to a traditional room. Spoke with several people who stated someone would address our issues.. but no one did

This property is not a Luxury resort. Dated with worn out, beat up furniture,old beach towels under our porch. Old sofa in lobby. Nice people but we left after checking in and went to Casa Marina which is truly a Luxury Resort.
