Pier House Resort & Spa

We stayed at the pier house on the “off” season and just loved it. It was super cute, super clean rooms and grounds. The A/C was cold as was the fridge in our room. if I had to find something to complain about it would have to be the lighting in the bathroom was not the best- hard to do makeup in there- not a deal breaker at all. Loved the resort really close to all the bars and stores on Duval and then also close to the Piers if you plan any excursions.

Great hotel. Only a few in Keywest with an actual beachfront

Check out did not ask us if we enjoyed our stay. Close to a lot of restaurants and walking distance to many attractions. No wifi in garden building which is fine but check in did not notify us upon arrival. We would have requested another building if they had informed us. We found at when we called front desk. The beach at this hotel is the best part. Clean and plenty of lounge chairs.

Property is very nice and well maintained. We stayed in a double queen room with a lanai. To our disappointment it was very small. There were two of us and there was no room to move around. The bathroom is small also no room to put your toiletries around the sink. For the price of the room it was not worth it. The location is great.

Food was so close

Our stay was great! We encountered some issues but Pier House staff addressed them. Beach is nice. Pool is nice. Location is great. Make sure you understand the type of room you are booking as hotel.com pictures lead you to beleive that rooms are ocean view but are not. Read the listings carefully.

Everything was great. We've stayed in other hotels but nothing compares to the Pier House. Great staff, bed was super comfortable and the views were spectacular. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very nice. Conveniently located within walking distance of local attractions.

Even though the area nearby was busy, the hotel complex was quiet. It was like an oasis! The grounds are beautiful. It’s a perfect location. I’d love to go back.
