"Very nice hotel in Lancaster, PA"

I was here two nights related to my son's wedding. The hotel was very nice and the staff were all very friendly. This stay was the first time that I used the Hilton Honors app's digital keys and that was very nice. There were plenty of electrical outlets and USB jacks for charging devices.

"Fix the bathroom."

This Hampton location was good for touring the Lancaster and Amish areas. It was quiet and clean. The staff was efficient and friendly. The breakfast was better than most. The food was replenished. The area was kept clean.

The redesigned smaller bathroom is not good. The fixtures and mirror are cheap. There is no makeup mirror. The venting is inadequate. The worst thing was the shower! One of the shower doors could not be opened. There is no way to turn on the water before entering. You had to step into the shower and turn on the water, not knowing if it was cold or hot. The shower floor was dangerously slippery.

The hotel was clean, nice and comfortable. Our main complaint is that we reserved and paid for in advance a king room. Upon arriving i was informed that the property was overbooked and that we got bumped to a queen room. This was very disappointing and I am very dissatisfied with that particular arrangement.

"Prima compleet hotel!"

De kamer, het personeel en het ontbijt.

Het zwembad was gesloten, ondanks dat ik 2x gevraagd heb of het open was, echter zonder reactie. Daarom bleven we maar 1 nacht. Het personeel was heel netjes en bood excuses aan en gaf ons iets korting.
