"Great place to stay and relax"

Location was accessible to many things to do. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Room was pretty good. Staff was pleasant. Pool was nice.

Room was lacking storage in terms of drawers. Water was extremely hot.

I had stopped going to this hotel several years ago because they had the worst pillows I had ever used. Unfortunately, they still do. Also, the room they assigned us hadn't been cleaned at all, so they had to move us to the 4th floor and try again. Staff doesn't seem to be to be concerned about what is happening in their hotel.

The breakfast was very good. Our stay was overall a great experienced, very clean and staffed are friendly and professional. Accessibility to restaurants and local attractions was a short drive from the hotel. I’ll definitely book this hotel again in our future visits to Lancaster.

The room service should be done every other as noted but we check on Sunday and check out Wednesday and nobody cleaned our room .

"We are staying at the Greenfield location and get NO TV service. On/off constantly Supposedly someone to come and fix. X"

TV Repair was to be made in 20-30 minutes. Has not happened. When you pay over $150 a night this should not happen. Supposedly will give us Hilton Honors reward. Since we do not travel often this doesn’t mean that much to us. CONSTANTLY TV goes on and off. We think it would only be fair to credit our credit card for half of the bill since we, at most, only had TV AVAILABILITY for less than half of our stay. We are very very DISAPPOINTED with this hotel and will report this to Hilton Corp.

"I couldn't have had a better room. It led right out to the pool for my son and I."
