Comfortable room, great breakfast buffet a fitness room to exercise

Clean room and hotel. Friendly staff

It started off bad. My room was not ready on time at 4 pm!!! Eventually, my pool side room was ready around 5 pm and I immediately could tell the room wasnt cleaned properly. I checked the beds and found bugs!!! I told the front desk manager who was not even concerned. I could barely understand her through her thick accent but she sent house keeping. I explained that I needed a new room and she said they were completely sold out and refused to refund me. I asked to speak with her manager and she said “im the boss here, the Queen. No one else will help you.” After several minutes of arguing, she walked away and never returned. The front desk person told me that I had to leave or the police would be called. As of today, still no refund!!! This manager is the biggest joke. This hotel had bugs, smelled like mold, and had homeless people in the lobby. What a joke of a Hampton Inn. Totally unsafe.

Clean and family friendly. Very pleased with our stay.

The breakfast was great with staff constantly tending to it. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Tabby was exceptional. The only comment would be the bed was a little soft. Otherwise we were very pleased with this choice of hotel.

We went Labor Day weekend and found the price to be slightly higher and the bed a little soft.

Very quiet and very clean

This hotel was easy to find with good signage off the highway. The area was nice with several restaurants within walking distance. There is a Starbucks in the same parking lot. Housekeeping is only available upon request. We were in room 314 and overlooked the pool area. The outdoor pool is open until 10pm and does supply towels but they are tiny! Bring your own pool towels. We had a connecting room and could hear the neighbors until well after midnight. We now travel with a sound machine for this reason. The walls are thin. The water pressure in the shower was okay (not great) but the water was hot. The A/C worked well. Bath towels are soft. The rooms are modern and look newly renovated.
