"We were rerouted to the Laquita down the road and it was ok for a short stay. Rooms were basic,clean"

We were booked to stay at the Lakeland but due to unexpected circumstances, their air conditioning was out in the entire building we were relocated to the La Quinta down the road. I am extremely thankful that management arranged this but I wish we were made aware of the issue beforehand.

That we weren’t made aware of the problem before arriving.

The air was broken for 2 days i was promised a free night but when i called a mgr to get a room he said air is still broken to call back in 2 weeks what hotel continues to rent rooms with no ac? So i couldn't get the room promised but i bet if i paid for a room i could get one tonight. Thars crazy

"This hotel has definite potential."

Rooms were larger than most. Especially for the price. We had a back door also, leading out to the pool. Which was probably 20 yards away🏊‍♂️😁

The shower was Luke warm at best. Which was horrible. But even worse than that, the air conditioner was broken. So we sweat all night long.

It was absolutely horrible! I collapsed several times because I have a medical condition and cannot handle the heat and because they had no AC working ?, the two days I was there I was in pure hell

I am extremely extremely upset and disappointed and I want my money back on my stay I stayed here two nights and AC did not work it is 85° in this room we have been dying of heat all night long I have a medical condition I cannot handle the heat and this is ridiculous I want a full refund on both nights cuz this is this is no way to freaking make your customers stay it is so hot in here

"My stay was horrible."

Not a single thing.

Everything. The rooms smell like mold, the A/C didnt work, the towels had hair on them and they dont even have breakfast like they say they do.
