Location was great!

I was told upon booking in that the building was under renovation. I got a room in the first floor that was in horrible conditions, the smell from the hallway and inside the room were terrible. My kid wanted to shower so I first went yo go check the bathroom and the first thing I saw was that the tub had what looked like dried pool all over it. I then turned on the water and the tub would not drain and the water was yellow- so disgusting! I immediately went to the front desk and asked to be moved. We then ended up on the 3rd floor with a nicer remodeled room. Even in the remodeled room the room needed repairs. The room looked nicer but the furniture was still old and dirty. The room door was hard to close, the toilet seat was dirty and I ended up cleaning it, the AC made a loud noise, etc. but there was no smell and it was decent compared to my first room.

Location is great for local attractions

on the website says free breakfast there is none , room was old smelt funny and the bathroom sealing had mold all over it i would never stay here again

The mattress were too old and felt caved in. My room was poolside and apparently they don’t close the pool area down. The yelling and splashing didn’t stop until after midnight. Their only ice machine was also broken

Nothing. It smelled like human feces, it was extremely dirty and there were bugs from the lobby to the rooms and in the restaurant attached called curry leaves!!

Everything. First they fraudulently charged a card I did not give them!! They gave me a single room and I booked a quad room and then when we saw bugs (German cockroaches, ants and flies) all over the building and in our room we demanded a check out and the front desk would not let me speak to a manager. My daughter is highly allergic due to an autoimmune skin disease that I need to carry an epi pen she is 6 years old. She can die from certain bug bites this was extremely hazardous and no one would help us!

Worst experience staying at this hotel and the whole process of checking in. Poor management and lack of customer awareness, unprofessional. After paying through the app and arriving to the hotel for check in, the guy on the front desk was having a hard time to process my reservation due to a payment done through “expedia” and not through the hotel. Never had an issue like this before in any hotel while paying through hotels.com. I was in the lobby for 20-30 mins waiting for him to contact his boss and figure how he could claim the payment for my 1 night stay. Nevertheless, he was careless of charging me the $100 deposit after the delay. Deposit that wasn’t released back after 4 weeks and a half, having in mind that i had to call 4 times inquiring why it was taking more than the supposedly 3-5 business days. First calls no one knew why or told me to wait. Spoke with the manager in the last calls and finally got resolved. The manager asked for my number to give me a call back for a follow up but never did. I had to check my bank statement daily and finger cross that i could get my money back. Poor management and customer service, lack of best practices on operations and customer awareness. I would recommend anyone who wants to make business with this hotel think twice and have in mind that the indian restaurant is one wall away from the rooms so the food smell is strong and unpleasant. Worst experience, very frustrated and disappointed.

1. Hard to find this hotel. Google Maps takes you to wrong side of I4 and hotel has no name on the building. 2. Check-in took 2 hours, due to a slow clerk, front desk not having light bulbs, and she could not see in the computer what kind of beds were in the rooms. From 9-11 pm, my 11-year old granddaughter and I went 5x up and down with our luggage trying rooms. Two had one King bed even though I had booked 2 Queens, one had no light, and our final room was missing a chair, a lamp, the light bulb which we had to get ourselves from the next room, the desk with chair, and a rod to hang up our dresses. The bathroom door did not close, and the toilet flush needed repair. The whole 4th floor was not finished yet, but half furnished rooms were rented out. The mattresses were super comfortable though. 3. I would have left but I had prepaid for 2 nights. 4. The advertised breakfast was reduced to a brown paper bag with 2 mini muffins, a tiny water, a kids apple juice and a banana, which was missing on the first morning. 5. No one seemed to care about all the mishaps and wrongs with the rooms. 6. Our last morning we found out that the advertised noon checkout was actually at 11 am. When asking for fresh towels we got a NO, then wait for housekeeping, then get the ones from your room first. When I got frustrated, I was first accused of video taping which I proofed that I didn't, and then I was threatened with police. 7. I would never stay at this hotel again. Please don't prepay.

Price was good, room was clean and that is all. Room had 1 chair, no nightstands, door to pool area had no gasket so we heard the I-4 traffic all night all. Bed was hard as a rock. Shower had warm to cold water all 3 nights we stayed there.Congenital breakfast was a brown paper lunch bag with small amount of food and drinks. Ice machine was broken. I would have changed if I had the option.
