Nice location, easy access to places of interest

We liked the spacious room, but it was a little dated/old which made it feel dirty. It probably wasn't. The breakfast was nice and staff was friendly.

Breakfast ladies were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful.

Day staff good. Some afternoon staff a bit grumpy.

Unfortunately, nothing

It was unsafe. It is many small apartment buildings as the layout, so not attached to the main hotel for safety. We were placed in Building 12 in the way back of the premises. Our door appeared to have been kicked in before. It was broken. Entire apartment we had smelled strongly of weed. It was dirty inside. My family spent a sleepless night there. Felt unsafe the entire time.

Unit needs update. Carpet was very dirty. The door to enter the unit can also needs update. Overall, the breakfast was good. My family and I was able to enjoy the place. Not bad for the price.

The room was ok but the floors/rugs were not vacuumed the first room was noisy. At 12:30 AM we were wakened from a loud noise coming what seemed like the adjacent room. I walked around the outside of the building (#2) and didn’t see or hear the noise. I went to the office to complain the night shift person and he offered to move us but I was reluctant since we had unpacked our suitcases and all we wanted was to go to sleep. I was hoping the attendant could shut off whatever was making the noise. He told me I was not cooperating with him as he offered to move us and how HE was being responsive which he kept reiterating. I received a follow up call in the am from the woman that relieved the night shift. She suggested we move to another room as she had complaints on the noise in that area and thought it had been fixed. She gave us another room and all was well except the floor/carpet didn’t seem to be vacuumed.

Mold in bathroom. Room had dirty paper towel on couch upon arrival. Stains on carpet floor.
