I would rate a 0 but that was not an option. I made a reservation for 3 nights, got to the place around midnight or a little after. Was REFUSED to be given my room, even though they had my reservation information and had access to be able to process it. They said their system for payments was down so since they could not process the payment I could not get my room. That is NOT my problem, that is theirs. There is ABSOLUTELY NO Customer Service. As I told the person, it was there issue not mine. They should give me my room and take care of payment the next morning, as was there for 3 days. But they have No Clue as to what Customer Service is. Had to try and find a different place going on 1 am, with no idea of what was around. I would Never recommend this establishment to anyone for any reason. Avoid this place. Also got an email after reservation was done and confirmed about issues with the place.

Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff and good value

No hot water to shower throughout the entire hotel. Was told after it was booked and didn't want to wait 7 days for a refund.
