We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were quite spacious, making our stay very comfortable. The location was good, not a long walk to the station and easy to get around. The staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

The only downside was that there weren’t many food or shopping options nearby, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

在小巷子裡 從京都車站慢慢走過來，越後面會越發現 只有我們兩個人 這邊的櫃檯都是外國人 我遇到 有泰國人尼泊爾人 台灣人 像是聯合國 打掃房間的也都是外國人 （非日本人） 我是很喜歡啦！ 遇到的旅店工作人員都很親切、友善 能走路 走得到的景點 ： 東寺、東本願寺、西本願寺 梅小路公園、水族館 、鐵道博物館 再走遠一點 附近採購的商場有500米 永旺百貨 &市場 房間是長條型的家庭房 32平方公尺 進門是玄關 、Powder room、 衣帽間、咖啡機、冰箱、保險箱 進來後是榻榻米和兩張單人床 中間隔著一條長桌 手機充電 熱水壺 書桌 單人床正對著一台 Sharp小電視 研究很久 沒有辦法用iPhone AirPlay 再過去就是冷熱熱水的洗漱間，裝有空氣濾清器，沖澡有凳子 和一個浴盆 長度、深度、寬度 都剛好，溫度可以設定最高到60度 玄關的Powder room, 盥洗間、浴室 都有門、設計很好 行程類型

在這個小旅店工作 工作態度 真的跟日本人有天壤之別 每個人態度都很棒， 如果腳不小心踩在房間的地毯上10分鐘 可能有100根或者200根的金頭髮黏在腳跟上

Las instalaciones son modernas pero mantiene el espíritu japonés. Las habitaciones son muy confortables y cuentan con cómodo espacio de tatamis con mesita y almohadones.

Spacious room, very comfy! The staff was very helpful and quick when we wanted to ship baggages to our next location. The location is close to the bus stations, 7eleven and 15 minutes away from the main train station, easy for day trips.

wish to have more lighting when working on the desk could not see outside from the room whether is raining or sunshining

Pulizia e posizione dell’hotel vicina alla stazione e al centro di Kyoto.

I Receptionists non parlano tutti inglese quindi a volte era difficile comunicare con loro. La struttura non fornisce piastra per capelli a differenza di tanti altri hotel e per visitatori stranieri rappresenta un problema.

Beds were extremely comfortable and I appreciated the 2 different pillow types!

The blinds were not block out and a light was on at all times just outside our window. We ran the humidifier and air conditioning consistently, however the room felt as though it was stuffy. Every time we returned to the accommodation, we could not stop sneezing and became congested - possibly mould in the room? The wallpaper was peeling on the edges which leads me to think this may be the case. I had trouble sleeping due to the conditions (room 110).
