How friendly the staff were, not only during check in, but also through out the entirety of my booking. How easy the facilities were to use, and the amount of facilities available. Reasonably close to Kyoto main train station (10 minute walk) and shops within short walking distance (5 minutes).

There is nothing to dislike. The noise from the corridors is easily heard, but this is mentioned and everybody respected this, so it was not a problem. I have no issues in staying here and will happily go back in the future

Абсолютно ничего, начиная от сотрудников на ресепшене!!!

Отношение сотрудников ужасное, испортили весь отдых! Не идут на уступки и компромисс! По-человечески попросили решить нашу небольшую проблему-человечности не увидели! Обманули нас на 9000 российских рублей и не вернули их нам!!!! Номера ужасные! Территория в округе страшная, неудобная! Обходите это заведение вместе с его персоналом стороной!!!

"Ojala poder tener este alojamiento en Tokyo"

La ubicación era perfecta, a 15 minutos caminando de la estación de Kyoto. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas tanto antes del check-in como despues del check-out sin problemas. La habitación era grande y el baño bastante amplio.
