The hotel was very unassuming, tucked away and hidden in a quiet street. After walking into our room, we were very impressed with how much space we had! We were able to open two decently sized suitcases and still had room to walk around! And, the bathroom and shower area were very spacious and clean too. The staff were very professional, pleasant and accomodating. They also spoke good English which made conversing so easy. The area was also very safe.

Just a minor issue was how we could hear stomping/banging from the room above us (we stayed on the first floor). Also, the TV placement was a little odd. It would've been nicer if it was facing the bed.

Price - quality ratio

It’s my first time ever having to pay a fine for exceeding a checkout time by 25 minutes, even though the hotel was half empty.

Lokasi sebenarnya cukup dekat dgn kyoto stasiun.. hanya kalo jalan kaki cukup jauh juga.
