"Pleasant and cozy stay."

Smaller hotel but it felt cozy and safe. Very clean and pleasant staff. Laundry room handy. Great location close to the station.

We were on the bottom floor and we could not see out our window. It was heavily “frosted/tinted” After a while get too closed in.

"In Ordnung, leider ein schlechter Abschluss wegen defekter Lüftung"

Sehr ruhige Lage, geräumiges Zimmer und Bad, Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern, sehr sauber.

Das Rollo hat ein vollständiges Abdunkeln des Raumes leider nicht möglich gemacht. Die Rezeption ist einen langen Zeitraum nachts (von 22-8 Uhr) nicht besetzt. Bei einer defekten Lüftung in der Nacht (kein Schlaf aufgrund der Lautstärke möglich) wurde leider keine Kompensation seitens der Unterkunft (trotz Videobeweis) angeboten, es gab ein langes Hin und Her (Manager war erst ab Mittag nach Abreise erreichbar), bis einer Kompensation zugestimmt wurde.
