They took $35 out of my deposit cause there was make up on a towel. Not only is $35 for those things towels insane but also charging us that much for make up being on a towel is insane. I MUST SAY I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

The first room we were assigned to was so dirty and there were hairs on the bed and in the restroom. The second one was a tad bit better. The rooms need a really good deep cleaning, and painting, there are blotches of paint for touching up. The restrooms are really bad the floor around the toilet was dirty with urine on the floor and the walls were very gross, the towels were old and didn’t dry. The floor in the room looked like it has never been mopped. At night the parking is really sketchy, there were groups of ppl standing around late at night, they weren’t loud but a bit nerve racking. Great price but you get what you pay for.

Pretty run down for the price. Bathroom floor tile was dirty and could use new shower curtain. Would have stayed elsewhere but all was booked due to graduation weekend. Definitely took advantage by increasing price for a 2 star hotel.

Typical capitalism. A hotel like this runs normally $110-$120 a nite. Because it's Chico graduation season this dump of a hotel ran me close to $500.

Proximity to CSU Chico

I had to go to the front desk and ask for soap. The hair dryer did not work. No shampoo. The towels were cheap. We were price gauged because of CSU graduation. I asked for late check out for noon, the attendant said she would make a note of that. When we tried to get back into the room at 11:45, the key pad was already changed. Luckily, we had packed up our luggage and put it in our car.
