"Very poor"

Basic remodel- place falling apart. Room was clean but needed update. Loud noises above- furniture sctapes on hard floors—and funky homeless people hanging around property. Didnt feel safe.

"No place like Home (or the University Inn)"

Always feels like at home st at the University Inn. Good improvements have been made over the over the last several months management /owners are making sure their customers are comfortable every night, conveniently located close to everything in Chico, reasonably priced

"Good place for a brief stay in convenient location."

The room was small but adequate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave but no utensils at all, not even a kind of cup for heating water, just flimsy plastic glasses. It was fine for our overnight in town and I would stay there again.

No utensils for the microwave.

"Quick overnight trip"

Location

The room needs a handyman. Faucet is loose to the point we were afraid to use it. Reading lamp with no bulb. Outlets did not work. Weird caulk in the bathroom.

"Nightmare"

Disgusting old ruin. Cold water in shower. Dirty floors, water leaking on floor from fridge. No coffee , not enough parking and noisy as hell in night! All for 130 bucks! DUMP at best
