Days Inn by Wyndham Chico

The hotel was very busy due to it being graduation weekend, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and my family felt safe.

The rooms was supper dirty, it looked like they had not sweep the place and the blankets were stained. They should have sign for people not to make noise at 2 am. Woke everyone up

Wow! I realize when going to a "college town" during graduation you can expect higher prices and overworked staff. But, when you call a room a "suite" I feel like there's a certain level of expectation that is inferred. Yet, I guess I have pretty high standards. The full size refrigerator in the separate kitchen looked like something they found in the alley behind a frat house. No coffee maker, no clock, no cups, (even in the restroom) no carpet! The floor that was so filthy we had to wash our feet before getting into bed or putting our shoes on. Everything in the room was dated and could use a coat of paint. I'll close with the one positive thing we found; the mattress was comfortable! P.S. The pillows were from 1980.

Over half of the lights and plugs were not working. Room a strong smell of pine cleaner.

My stay at the university inn was horrible! Everything from dirty rooms, broken ice machines, missing iron, to them taking my whole deposit. They took 100$ because they said my sheets were dirty. ( i guess they haven't heard of a washing machine). I tryed to call and talk to the boss, i was told to call back in 30 min. When i called back they ignored my calls. Untill i called from different number. And still haven't talked to the boss. They dont offer any kind of housekeeping during your stay! Probably the wrost hotel i have ever stayed at...

The room was clearly still being redone as there was paint chipping along the edge of the walls, along and in between the windows was absolutely disgusting, and the bathroom was stained and just dirty looking. On top of that, there were no towels in the room at all. For $166, it was awful and I won't do it again. Plus our neighbors were loud and smoking out of their room when we walked by.

Be careful of this hotel. I stayed 3 nights. I had a dog with me . They took a dog fee. That was fine. Went to check out, I was ready to do walk thru to get my 100$ deposit back and the girl at the front desk said not to worry about walk thru and she would send money back to my card. ( I knew something was up, I should have done walk through. ) long story short they took my money because they said the sheets were dirty! 100$ plus the 40$ pet fee. I called to talk to someone at the front desk, they told me to call back in 30min, to talk to boss. I did and they ignored my call. Had to call back with different number and still wouldn't let me talk to boss. I'm a house keeper, I cleaned that room perfect! Maybe if they had housekeeping for their guests and let them get clean sheets, the sheets wouldn't get dirty. Seriously, what hotel doesn't have house keeping? They had broken ice machines. Broken vending machine. Horrible stay !!!
