"Good"

The staff in the restaurants and pool are amazing! So welcoming and friendly How ever the front desk and the whole team of management is horrible, rude, cutting the customer We had a really bad experience with them and we will not be back and we will make a formal complaint

"Keep Looking, not 5* Quality "

Overall we didn't really get a 5 Star vibe. The accommodations were nice, property is beautiful and appears to be well maintained. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The food is decent/fairly good, it's not mind blowing by any means. The main negative was that some of the staff were not the friendliest. A few were straight up rude, acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking for a fork or a glass of water. We had to ask for things multiple times before getting them, usually having to wave someone down to place an order (whereas you'd think they would come to you proactively to ask if there's anything you'd like). Don't get me wrong, some of their staff were wonderful and pleasant, but I have to be honest that on more than one occasion we were brushed off or treated disrespectfully. I was in a group of 6 people total and everyone commented about this. It was unfortunate considering the cost we spent to be there and enjoy the all inclusive add on. I personally don't think it was worth the hype and the 5* rating seems a little extravagant for what you get with this property.

"Don’t Stay Here Shady Operation"

From the very beginning this place did a bait & switch on us. We ordered an ocean front room and when we arrived they said it was only upon availability. Only later did I understand that it was for a different reason. So when we booked the rooms online we were given the option of All Inclusive or Not All Inclusive. We choose the Not All Inclusive option because I don’t drink the the cheap alcohol they give anyways and I figured I’ll just pay for what I like. Little did I know that will change how I’m treated in the hotel. We were watched like hawks and make to feel uncomfortable everywhere in the hotel. They shouldn’t give this option if that’s how they treat there customers. The worse part was a check out. They basicly added a bunch fees including a 15% gratuity to our final bill without telling us from the beginning and I gave an additional 20% everywhere we ate and drank so essentially not knowing that I was giving 35% in tips everywhere in the hotel. This is only don’t to people who don’t take the all inclusive option. Basically in the end we ended up being charged for all inclusive service and some and when we complained we were held hostage in the hotel until we agreed to pay the whole bill. On top of everything we were charged for alcohol from the bar that we didn’t even drink and when I asked for the receipt it wasn’t my signature. Complete Shady operation. We usually stay at the Grand Velas next door and only came here because of friends that were staying here. Don’t stay here unless you want to get ripped off at the end.

"60th Birthday Trip!"

It was my 1st trip to this location and it's a beautiful resort! The rooms are amazing and have everything you need. The master bedroom & bath are very relaxing. Only complaint on the room is the sofa bed is not the most comfortable but it worked. We spent all our time at the resort and enjoyed the rooftop pool everyday. The staff is amazing and so attentive to everything. Food was good but you need to make reservations weeks in advance of your visit. Aaron & Sofia, Butlers, were great to assist with anything we needed and/or answer any questions we had. Always checking on us. All the staff at the Rooftop pool is outstanding! Service at Blanca Blue was slow. NOI was our favorite with the salads & pizza. Looking forward to a future visit.

"Great Experience! Company Awards Trip"

We selected Garza Blanca Cabo as our destination for an awards/company incentive trip. We only stay at all-inclusives for these types of company trips so my experience is limited but based on previous awards trips we've hosted, this has been the best by far. The spa and amenities are fabulous. The views and vibe were incredible, especially the rooftop pool during whale watching season. I would say the food is a level-up from what you might expect from an all-inclusive. I would highly recommend for a company incentive trip and hope to return in the future.

"Exceptional"

This hotel was built in 2019 so features and property are still in tip top shape. There are several pools that can get crowded by 10 am (people claim their spots by 9am). Bring your pool gear before heading to breakfast and you’re good. The pools can get a bit icky and warm by noon on hot and humid days so enjoy the pools before noon. The restaurants are solid, but nothing too fancy. We enjoyed Bocados, the steak house, the most.

"Not worth staying at this hotel."

Avoid this hotel. The information on the website is deceiving. I booked and prepaid for an ocean view junior suit advertised as over 600 Sqf, with upgrade promised upon checking in. Of course upon chickiI was given a room that is 300 sqf , no upgrades. The reception staff specially Monserrat and her colleagues lack customer service skills, they are not friendly. Upon check- in customers are not greeted, the staff appear miserable as if they hate working at the hotel, hence you will not receive the service you prepaid for. Internet at any resort in the world is free, however it is $17 per day at his hotel. The hotel has many pools, however they are not clean, the water is murky in all the pools. The cocktails are watered down. There are many staff at the hotel, but only a few are actually working, this results in poor service. All in all its not worth staying at this hotel.

"Stellar place, stellar experience"

We just spent 6 nights at Garza Blanca and it was maybe the best resort experience of my life. Not only is the property itself beautiful, scrupulously well-maintained, and clean, every staff member was super friendly and helpful. My wife and I both talked about how welcoming and cheerful everyone we encountered was. You should know this is a family resort - lots of kids, definitely not a wild party scene (although there's nothing stopping moms from having a morning margarita by the pool, I'm happy to note). There are I think 7 different swimming pools, and the one on the roof is adults-only, if you want to get away. The food was remarkably good. I've been to 3 different all-inclusives at Cabo and I can say this is the best food I've ever had, from the breakfast buffet to room service (which we took advantage of more than we should have, sorry guys!) to the fine dining restaurants. There are tons of options and you will never be hungry, I promise. To be honest, we spent most of our days just lounging by the pool and getting drinks and food brought to us while the kids played. I mean, how can it get better than that? I really want to emphasize, though, that it's the people who make it special. Without a doubt, the staff here was the best I've ever encountered at any hotel. They're constantly trying to find ways to make your visit better and more special. Truly exceptional. We'll be back. Hopefully soon.

We just got back and had a wonderful stay. The property is very well maintained and the staff is wonderful. Beach is great and there are six pools to choose from. Food is amazing. I would definitely be back!
