Garza Blanca Los Cabos - All Inclusive

Only thing i did not like is not having an all inclusive coffee shop and ice cream or gelato place accessible separate from restaurants, where you can walk in any time and get coffee or dessert.

The staff are in general great. However, check in was awful. They force you to use their bell hop who really just wants a tip and will not leave the room until one is given. Additionally, they shuffle you to a sales agent upon checking in to try to get you to book a $250 massage or excursion. Huge waste of tim and frustrating. Finally, I got extremely sick after eating at the steakhouse and was throwing up nonstop for the rest of my stay.

Terrible service. Too many restrictions on hotel guests. Average food quality, for the amount we paid we expected a little bit better quality. At the checkout they tried to charge extra charges that we never used , like for wi fi, extra restaurant charges that we never asked for. Never going back

Great food.

We stayed at multiple All-inclusive properties, and by far this is the best one. It was clean everywhere, which is my biggest priority. The staff were genuinely kind, and I didn't feel pressured to tip the entire time. In other places, staff members act as though they hate their jobs. Food was excellent, even though there wasn't a large selection. Even picky kids found something they really enjoyed. Housekeeping was top-notch, and Nespresso in the room was a bonus. Things for improvement: -Please add good coffee/espresso to the resort; the current one was terrible. -There was no entertainment, so evenings were very sad. There were a lot of kids, and we had to spend evenings/nights in the room. -There was a kids' club, but most of the kids were under five, so my kids refused to go there. In general, I would come back again if there were more things to do.

This property was amazing! 10/10! From the food, to the service, everything was great! We’re already planning our trip back!!
