L'emplacement est top ! Rien à dire au niveau de la propreté et des services proposés ! Pour les fumeurs, il y a un Lawson qui est à quelques mètres. Vous pouvez fumer tranquillement là-bas 😁 A 2 pas d'une station de métro mais aussi de la rue très fréquentée pour manger ! Petit tips : il y a une petite rue à côté de la sortie du métro où vous pouvez trouver un petit restaurant pour manger de l'unagi 😁 pour pas cher et super bon !

The location was great, and all of the staff I encountered were kind and friendly. The kitchen, floor, and linens were clean.

On the second day after I returned in the evening my room (at the front by the door mainly) smelt like cigarette. I don't know if it came up through a laundry pipe, or the ventilation but it was awful. There are brown stains on the wall in the kitchen and toothpaste splatter all over the bathroom walls embedded into the wallpaper. Having to use a QR code to find an emergency contact number is ridiculous, that information should be readily available. My coffee was not replenished on my second day, which is against standard hospitality practice. There were loud guests on my floor, a family of maybe 3 children or more and two parents who had their room door open and were yelling at 11 pm. I had no one to contact since the hotel is unmanned at that hour and I had to speak to the guests myself to ask them to be quiet which is completely inappropriate. A staff person should be easy to contact, and a staff person should have been the one to approach the loud guests. No mention at all that the view is of a cemetery. The "free" wifi was also horrible, if not completely non-existent. I had to use my phone data to do even simple things like check Google maps. Awful.

Buona posizione per vedere la zona di Gion a piedi Stanza più grande della media e recente, con angolo cottura e lavatrice Staff molto disponibile, arrivando alla stazione dei treni c’è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nell’ufficio centrale e vengono portati direttamente in stanza. Inoltre è disponibile il servizio di spedizione bagagli per la successiva destinazione

Spazio per le valigie non proprio grande

Très bon emplacement pour cet appartement avec service exceptionnel (service de bagagerie et livraison jusqu’à l’appartement; personnel très agréable). Literie de qualité.

Il n’y a pas assez de vaisselle : pas de bols ni de grandes assiettes. Nous avons eu la visite d’une blatte… pas très agréable de courir après pour l’attraper…
