If you don’t mind walking, the property is conveniently located about a 20-minute walk from North Beach and slightly less to Chedraui (their local grocery store) and the ballpark. We rarely needed a taxi, as walking was more convenient with several attractions in the area. However, given the price, I feel I paid more than it was worth and would likely choose a different place next time. I found myself having to ask daily for things that were initially promised, such as cleaning, fresh drinking water, and towels. Unfortunately, these services were inconsistent, and on some days, even after asking, replacements still weren’t provided.

We will definitely be going back to Bahia Tolok! Loved the people, location, and the restaurant - not affiliated with the hotel but is located on-site and is AMAZING! You will not be disappointed. Also, the hotel rents golf carts which I highly recommend. Their pricing is fair so don't waste your time price shopping. We did and when we got back all the carts had been rented. Great location if you want to go south or north for the day or both. We really loved the vibe here!

Everything was awesome with the exception of the toilet and lack of light in our room. The back bowl of the toilet did not fill with water in a timely fashion and we found ourselves having to transfer water from the sink to the back bowl of the toilet in order to get it to flush. The other thing was the 1 window in the room. It was up super high up on the wall and so there was no natural light in the room during the day. Mind you, we purchased the cheapest room option so this is not a complaint. Just something we will consider next time we return and spend a little extra for a room with a view.

The room with the king-size bed is really really great, there's nothing to say. We had a large bay window so the room is very bright. We had some problems in the apartment however the staff was always responsive They call the cab for you and offer golfcar for hire.

As the hotel was right on the road, we could hear a lot of traffic at night.

Overall good quality for price.a little far away from anything but staff are super great and facility is clean

Bahia Tolok is a beautiful, quiet and private. My husband and I decided to stay here after our regular stay was booked up. We fell in love with the staff and views. The restaurant on site is a must try! The chef came to our table with his family to check in on us. The food was some of the best on the island. We stayed in the Penthouse, it is a walk up some steep stairs but worth every step. We will be back.

I like that everything was in one place there the restaurant was superb and I even ate the salads. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed my time there.

It’s not that I didn’t really like it this but I like to swim in the ocean and you would really have to take a taxi to a swimming beach as this was where the boat stopped, but it was still very beautiful!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! They were incredible at helping us arrange for transport to and from the airport to the ferry and from the ferry to their hotel and they had golf cart rental right there for us as well. We will most definitely be back again and highly recommend this hotel! The staff Were amazing and the facilities were beautiful and clean.
