This place is nice and quiet away from the main crowed tourist action and loud music. They have a good restaurant on property and you can rent a Golf cart from their to tour the island. The furniture and beds were not great, but not too bad either.

The views are remarkable. The staff are all very friendly and the restaurant serves not only a great meal but a wonderful experience!

Fabulous, relaxed hotel. We had a great stay, great service, and loved the location on Isla Mujeres. The front desk staff were really helpful, always checking if there was anything we needed. And the restaurant food was delicious with great service and a great view of the bay.

My husband, my toddler and I stayed for a long weekend at Tolok. Absolutely recommend. I was a little nervous bc I hadn’t heard much about it, but this boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. The honeymoon suite was fabulous. Nicely appointed and had its own little balcony. The salt water pool was clean and beautiful. The nights were quiet, the staff was kind, and the restaurant was convenient and well priced for breakfast. Loved our stay. 10/10

The property was well kept up on. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

When asked if we could get a bottled water dispenser, he didn’t want to make the effort so replied, “We don’t have those.” Later, they had them! Sparsely furnished – micro, coffee maker, 2 plates, 2 cups, 2 glasses, 2 forks, knives and spoons. No ice trays, no burner, no pans. Loud group just below our window at 12:45 a.m. I asked them to quiet down. 15 minutes later, still loud, so I went down the unsafe steps, found the desk clerk and yelled “Hey!” twice to wake him and ask him to inform the guests to quiet down. Next night, unsupervised children noisy just below our windows, in pool. At 10 p.m. I asked them to go inside. Next day, we asked the desk clerk to inform the families about noise after 10 and we were told, “We have no restrictions on our pool.”

Stay was very nice...clean and a good location for bus or taxi as well Lovely view of the bay
