Gostei muito do ambiente a piscina maravilhosa, dá para fazer pescaria

Não gostei do café da manhã, da cama o colchão é muito mole

Alojamiento increíble, habitación muy amplia y con terraza junto a la piscina y vistas al mar. Un alojamiento muy tranquilo para disfrutar del sol y el mar y descansar. Se encuentra a 20 minutos andando del centro.

El desayuno estaba bueno pero quizás algo escaso para lo que se paga.

First, Jesus was giving us the best service and advice for the entirety of our stay! It was five stars from beginning to end- recommendations, accommodations, cleanliness, kindness… this is the best hotel in the area we’ve stayed in and will return! Not to mention the beautiful decor and theme

The rooms and place were nice and clean… But the location to go to beach(playa north) a little bit to far …taxi $100 to $150 pesos to downtown o the beach each way … And you have to go its must the best restaurant are in downtown and Playa Norte it’s the best beach in the world

My experience at this hotel was simply terrible. From the moment I arrived, the staff was arrogant and unprofessional. Instead of offering good service, they seemed to be looking for any excuse to charge unjustified extra fees. They tried to charge me for towels and keys, as if it were normal to penalize guests for basic services. It was clear that all they care about is taking your money, not making sure you have a pleasant stay. The owner was rude and completely disrespectful, unable to handle the situation with kindness or empathy. They have no interest in solving problems, only in blaming the guest and squeezing as much money as possible. Don’t fall into this trap. There are many better places in Mexico where you'll be treated with respect and honesty. Avoid this one if you want a decent experience.
