The fantastic view across the valley. Sunsets were magnificent and people would travel to see them.

The food could have been better quality for the price. WiFi needs addressing as non existent in room

Good size room and ensuite with wonderful valley views. Excellent spot to depart from for walkers. Really delicious beef and ale pie and a fabulous rissoto, well done to the chef. Generous breakfast cooked by Will who is true hospitality professional as he also provided a warm welcome at check-in and served us in the lovely historic bar.

For tall people a larger (longer) bed would have been good, understanding that double beds are common in the UK.

Limited menu. Overpriced breakfast. Bed poorly made. Sink taps not working properly.
