Comfort Inn Concord South End

The room met expectations for budget accommodation. Bed was comfortable. Decor is older but not worn out. TV is huge. Front desk staff were friendly, especially the overnight lady. I arrived at 1:30am after flight delays and she was bright and cheerful.

Breakfast options were average. The fridge in the room was noisy when running so I turned it off. The thermostat reset automatically after a certain amount of time to 68 deg and it was freezing, I did have to get up in the night and change the heat to 72.

Staff were friendly

Blood on hand towel, blood on toilet paper roll.. turn on shower and brown sludge poured out for 15 seconds before clearing up..NASTY

No pool and never got my refund after we canceled out stay

The desk staff was friendly and helpful. They explained the situation and offered solutions.

We arrived at the property. there was no pool, hot tub, or sauna. Staffed acknowledged the notice of the pool being closed on the web site was very hard to find. I was told w could share a pool with a hotel nearby. We would have to walk across two parking lots with small children in the freezing cold and inches of snow. The hotel we had to pick from was 40% more expensive. I am not happy.
