The hostess was rude and there was no real customer service, our first room smelld like it had a dead body in it! Got a new room with red stains on the carpet

"Decent, but could’ve been a lot better"

It was close to downtown and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room smelled bad and the pool was closed (without pre-check in notice).

"It had what we needed thank you"

Everything seem clean and the bed was very comfortable breakfast was ok it be cool if you were able to fry up eggs like over easy , omelets

No one told us the pool would be closed that was a bummer other then that we had a great visiting NH , we look forward to coming back

"Convenient location and simple to book and stay."

The property was easy to access from downtown Concord and also convenient to restaurants and meeting venues.

The bed was very hard and the main hallways smelled like smoke. The entire place smelled of damp cleaning materials. I'm glad it was clean, but perhaps running the air handling a bit more strenuously would have refreshed the air.
