Interior and rooms are very nice.

Services are very bad and really not worth for the money i spent. And have useless menu which many items not available.

Staff response was good. They were very helpful and responded in timely manner.

Washrooms were not as per standard, fittings were loose. Water was very limited and was asked to pay for extra water.

I didn’t like the fact that the wifi was not good. We always had to stay in the sitting room to get the wifi. Otherwise it was not available. We did complain to the counter and we were informed that it is because we are using iPhones. However, I had a laptop which was not an Apple brand laptop and same issue with wifi. I am a student and I had online classes. Every time I had to pay and get data to be in class and in the room

location was convenient. Olive restaurant served good dal & phulkas. Apartment size was good and spacious.

approach road leading to the hotel was extremely narrow. also the taxi is not able to reach the lobby as very steep with some car already parked and made up of big block of stones as pathway so cant event drag our suitcases. R oms are dimly lit and curtains cannot be opened as we can see neighboring balconies. Staff need communication and english conversation training. to get warm water one has to keep the taps open for a long time as it is solar powered. toiletries not replaced and sometimes substituted with used ones.no water dispenser in room and only 4 water bottles were given as complimentary and extra charged.

No good food ...no proper parking place..not an ideal.locatiom
