The property is not good. Even the staff were very rude.

The hotel room was good The restaurant staff were not trained at all and were not at all helpful. The food quality was good but at breakfast buffet , the dishes were empty, to refill it took them more than 30 minutes. The Reception staff was good and helpful. They did upgrade me from standard room to suite. I am not sure ow the standard rooms are. The washbasin faucet was not working and had to call some one to take care of the same and they came after two calls. The gym starts at 0700 has so can't use gym if you are staying here for work. The hotel is situated in a very narrow lane and it is difficult to alight and board cars. I don't think I shall stay at this hotel again unless they train their restaurant staff better and pay attention to details.

Restaurant Staff and their unhelpful attitude. I had to get up to take water and also asked some dome thing and was informed it is available and I should go and take it. No where it said self service at the restaurant premises.

Nice rooms, good location, friendly Staff and clean. The gym was small, but it worked out. Nice view from the rooftop pool. The price was low compair to nearby hotels, so it wad a good value for money.
