Replacement room was nice and quiet and modern. In general all the other staff has been very friendly and helpful.

Room 6102 and others on that floor should not be given to customers as the central water heater for the hotel is directly above the room, which leads to loud noise during the evening, at night and early morning. A good night sleep is not possible. My wish to change the room was denied with friendly excuses because the hotel was fully booked - no other compensation was offered. After the first night I requested a room change again wich was immediately denied again with the same “hotel full” excuse, but I checked and rooms were available on multiple online platforms. After I informed the staff about that they offered the room change to the 4th floor. Breakfast buffet was ok but if arriving around 9 am - only used, not cleaned and reequipped tables were available so you had to ask for cutlery and individually.

They are not at all professional, staff's behavior is pathetic, not at all worth the money.

The staff behavior they simply denied service in the night.

The place is a very good place with friendly staff located around all you need shops and restaurants for family. We’ve stayed for 2 weeks and we were looking for a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen area. Although the hotel is 3 star but overall was very good.

Staff are really friendly and supportive. I would say they can improve the cleaning activities as the cleaning was not done properly unless with supervision.
