Worst hotel experience in my life. If my car had not broken down we would have left. Stains. Filth. Dripping something through the ceiling from the bathroom over our bathroom. No internet. No ice. No ice bins. No coffee. No nothing. Slept in our clothes to avoid contact with the sheets. Towels were not clean. TV would not shut off. Had to unplug. Cockroaches. Amazed the local health department would allow this place to be open. Please condemn this place.

It was way to loud outside couldn't sleep was supposed to have a double bed gave us a king instead over all wasn't happy at all and no breakfast like it said

Never got to stay because it was closed when I got there, didn't get there until late,had some issues and when I got there they closed at 11pm which I didn't know, would like a refund if possible

I booked a room at this hotel for my husband and I for our anniversary just place to sleep to get away for a while. Upon arrival we were told by the guy working at the front desk that management cancelled our reservation because they did not want to accept prepaid reservations. I have worked at a hotel before and know it is possible to just shut off online booking. Management was not even courteous enough to call and let me know before hand that they would not allow us to stay there. Thankfully we were able to find another room else where but some days others may not be that lucky and may be stuck without a room anywhere because this hotel doesn't have enough decency to even let you know ahead of time they will not allow you to stay at their property even when the room has already been paid for !

I refused to stay requested a refund . The room was filthy ,carpet was dirty the clotha rack was about to fall off the wall . Tub & Toilet was nasty !! We couldn’t stay there. I turned the key back in & asked for the manger & request a refund 😡 !!!

I didn’t like it at cause I didn’t get a room. It was over booked. So I need my full refund of $425.00 today or I will get my lawyer involved in this.

Y’all place is gross. It smells bathroom is nasty beds nasty just need remodeling I wouldn’t even let my pet stay a night there please remodel and update mold roaches on wall just 🤮 y’all got to do better soon

First of all, they didn't honor the prepaid Hotels.com reservation. I had to pay again. The room smelled moldy. They tried to cover up the smell with some strong room spray. If I hadn't been so tired from driving all day, I would not have stayed there. The carpeting was dirty, especially right by the bed. The bathroom floor was cracked, the caulking in the tub was done by an amateur or a child.

They sent me to two different rooms for me to stay in and there were people already staying in them
