Days Inn by Wyndham Atmore

Intentionally overbooked. Sign on front door indicated that it was overbooked and to contact our 3rd party booking service for refund. No customer service.

The online reservation was perfect, but as arriving at tha hotel, the office door was locked and no help for bout ten minutes.

started with billing issues. when i got to my room about 9pm there was no blanket on bed and no one at desk to give me one. smoke detector was lying beside the microwave. would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

Stay was very unsatisfactory.

Took forever to check in to a room that was already paid for. When we got to the room, the door was physically hard to open. There were holes in the walls and bathroom door. The bathroom door looked as if it hadnt seen cleaner in 10 years. We had 2 double beds, one bed had a fitted sheet, no top sheet and the fitted sheet was torn. We had to kill roaches to keep them out of our snacks. The tv wasnt plugged in. I never got a receipt for the stay because no one came to the window to assist.

They waited until I got there to say they was over booked and I have not gotten my refund yet 😒 😑 after they told me to go and reserve the room for them to say none was available 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Owner had cancelled my reservation thru Hotels.com. He explained I would have to call hotels.com to work out the refund. He did have one available room that he charged me for. Several cockroaches were in room: alive. 1980’s style shower walls. Several holes in walls. No in room coffee or coffee available in the common areas.

What i w like is the main things like a garbage can a refrigerator was not in the room
